International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases

At the International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases, the CDC will seek to foster the exchange of ideas regarding emerging infectious disease topics between and among health professionals and scientists.

According to the release, topics addressed will include "antimicrobial resistance, foodborne diseases, vector-borne and zoonotic diseases, vaccines, influenza, social determinants, global infection and control, molecular epidemiology, and many other topics related to the challenges posed by microbial threats both in the United States and abroad."
